Men today are in trouble like never before. That is because there is an all out war against the identity of men. They are being told the very essence of who they are is "toxic".

Because that is what the true definition of what masculinity means; providing for your family, protecting the defenseless, fighting against injustices and being a voice for the voiceless.

Men are wired to provide, protect, and defend. So, when a society strips them of these fundamental elements of who they were created to be, you are left with an identity crisis in men. This is what we are seeing today.......

This is what happens when men have no vision. They perish.

 

But with every sunrise it's a new day. An opportunity to change. To become a new man - the man you were destined to be.

At Malachi Academy   our mission is to find these lost men, the Gideon's army; men from unlikely places and train them up to be leaders of a nation. Men who will lead a broken nation back to Christ.

We are looking for a few good men.

That's why our first recruits are the "outcasts". Men from the most violent prisons; gang members, drug dealers, juvenile delinquents, the troublemakers in school....

Why?

Because these are the risk-takers. They're hustlers. Bold. Fearless. And don't follow the crowd; all the makings of a natural-born leader!

They simply need to be taught how to lead with righteousness and integrity. At Malachi we believe with the right resources, mentors and programs, these very people have the ability to become our greatest leaders and create solutions to some of our most pressing problems facing our nation.​​​​

​No successful General goes to war without first planning a strategy to win. At Malachi Academy our strategy to win the war being waged against men, is laid out like this:

• ​ Use a proven model for success that can be easily replicated and multiplied.

• ​ identify the "galvanizers"...the men who are able to take charge and rally the     troops to take action.
